Refund Policy
At K Tech Focus, we are committed to delivering high-quality web development services that ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that under certain circumstances, a refund may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
The service purchased has not been delivered within the agreed timeline, and no substantial progress has been made.
The service delivered is significantly different from what was agreed upon in the project scope or proposal.
Technical issues caused by K Tech Focus that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for a refund:
Any service that has been fully rendered or delivered.
Domain registration, web hosting, and third-party tool purchases made on the client’s behalf.
Delays or issues caused by the client, including lack of communication, incomplete project inputs, or change in project requirements.
Customised digital solutions once approved and executed.
Cancellation of Services
If the client chooses to cancel a project before it starts, a partial refund may be granted depending on the work already initiated and resources allocated.
If the client cancels the project after it has commenced, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of work already completed and administrative fees.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the client must:
Submit a written request via email to contact@ktechfocus.com stating the reason for the refund.
Include the project name, invoice number, and proof of payment.
Submit the request within 7 days of receiving the service or project deliverables.
Processing Refunds
Once a refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Right to Refuse Refund
K Tech Focus reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
The client has breached the Terms and Conditions.
The refund request is not aligned with this policy.
There is clear evidence of service delivery as per the agreed terms.
